Good food. Honest numbers.
Real AI recipes, traceable ingredient data, and a clear view of what your plan covers.
Where the numbers come from
We calculate nutrition from 84 reviewed USDA FoodData Central records in the April 2018 SR Legacy dataset, imported October 2, 2026. Every ingredient links to its FDC record. Quantities use the stated raw or cooked weight. Generic foods, brand differences, cooking losses and portion measurements make these estimates, not lab measurements of your meal.
How AI builds your day
Cloudflare Workers AI creates main recipes from a reviewed ingredient pantry. The server checks ingredients, preferences and quantity bounds, then fits protein, starch, vegetable and fat portions to your calorie, protein, fiber and sodium targets. Locked meals keep their exact grams. AI does not supply nutrient values. Recipes are generated suggestions and have not been kitchen-tested.
Dessert has a source
Choose from 19 raw-desserts.com recipes with complete ingredient mappings. The planner compares 1, 2 and 3 original servings against the remaining targets and known micronutrient gaps. Recipes with unmapped ingredients are excluded. Ingredients and methods retain the original formula; prepare its full batch and portion out the planned share. No-bake describes preparation, not certification that all ingredients are raw.
Gaps stay visible
Missing data is never zero. An incomplete total shows its known subtotal and missing entries in the nutrient detail. Some nutrients, including iodine, biotin, chromium and molybdenum, have little or no coverage in this dataset. ALA uses the specific USDA ALA field, never undifferentiated 18:3 fat. EPA and DHA remain separate from ALA. The planner may return the closest fit with explicit unmet targets; it cannot guarantee complete nutrition.
Comparison references
Vitamin and mineral comparisons use FDA Daily Values (opens in a new tab) by default: general label references for adults and children age 4+. In Preferences you can instead choose the National Academies Dietary Reference Intakes (opens in a new tab) for your sex and age group (RDA, or AI where no RDA exists). Neither is a personalized requirement or an upper limit. Niacin is preformed niacin only, so it is not compared to niacin-equivalent references. The Daily Values assign no reference to fluoride. Discuss personal targets with a qualified professional when needed.
Your data & food images
Guest plans, favorites and shopping checks stay in this browser. Sign in with Clerk to save them to your account in Cloudflare D1 and use them on another device. A copy stays in this browser for recovery, so use a private browser session on a shared device. Guest plans are copied to a new account only when you choose to import them. The save status shows when account changes have synced. Reset planner clears the current plan, favorites and checks; account resets sync when connected. Clicking Generate sends your targets, ingredient preferences, locked meal quantities and recent recipe names to this site's Cloudflare Worker and Workers AI. Operational logs record status and duration, not recipe requests. Food images are AI illustrations, not photos of tested results. Ingredient filters cannot verify brand labels or cross-contact.
