15 min1 serving

Ingredients · 1 serving

  • Almonds0.62 oz (18 g)
  • Hemp seeds, hulled0.22 oz (6.3 g)
  • Medjool dates, pitted0.5 oz (14 g)
  • Almond butter, unsalted0.18 oz (5 g)
  • Maple syrup0.12 oz (3.3 g)

  • Table salt0 oz (0.1 g)
  • Chia seeds, dry0.06 oz (1.7 g)

Method

  1. Pulse almonds in a food processor until coarsely chopped, leaving some texture — don't over-process to flour.
  2. Add dates, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Process until the mixture clumps together when pressed.
  3. Fold in hemp seeds and chia seeds by hand for even distribution.
  4. Press firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan, using the back of a spoon to compact it tightly.
  5. Chill 1 hour, then slice into your chosen number of bars. Keep refrigerated in a covered container.
