  • Cocoa powder, unsweetened0.06 oz (1.7 g)
  • Coconut oil0.03 oz (0.8 g)
  • Table salt0 oz (0.1 g)

Method

  1. Process dates and walnuts together until they form a thick, sticky paste.
  2. Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, and salt; process until fully combined and glossy.
  3. Roll into your chosen number of small balls, about 1 tbsp each.
  4. Roll each truffle in your choice of coating.
  5. Chill 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
