Method

  1. Whisk melted cacao butter and almond butter together until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt; whisk until fully combined and glossy.
  3. Pour into a parchment-lined 6x6-inch pan and smooth the top.
  4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze 1 hour until firm.
  5. Slice into your chosen number of squares; keep refrigerated as this fudge softens quickly at room temperature.
